Sweet Carrot & Peach Smoothie Bowl
1/2 vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/4 quick oats
1/3 cup fresh carrot juice
2 medium size peaches
** use organic when possible**
Add milk, oats, chia seeds & ground flax seeds to a bowl and mix.
Let sit for about 20-30 minutes
Add carrot juice & fresh peaches to your blender & blend till smooth
Once milk mixture is set, top with the carrot peach mix and top with more peaches and whatever you like.
I topped mine with more peaches, shredded coconut, cacao nibs & mulberries.
Let sit over night and enjoy in the morning or make in the morning for a snack later in the day. The oats & seeds need time to soften, that's the reason for leaving to eat for a later time.
This one the kids will love. A great way to sneak in extra nutrients without compromising taste.
