Sweet Potato Chips

Part Two 

Sweet potato chips:

A quick blog for sure. Making your own potato chips is so easy. 
This is what I made


Sweet potato sliced by a mandolin. I used 10 pieces
My infused oil ( see recipe below )


Heat oven to 425 degrees 
Slice potato by mandolin 
Place on grease parchment paper & baking sheet
Use infused oil to coast both sides of potato slices

Infused oil:

1 c extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
3 large garlic cloves


Heat pan to medium heat add oil diced or minced garlic and chilli flakes 
Cook for about 5 minutes 
Remove from heat & let cool
Add left overs to a jar for further use

These potato slices can be used as is or as hors d'oeuvres as I did in tonight's feast!
