Whole Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 whole cauliflower
1/2 cup vegenaise ( or one of your choice )
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Sriracha 
1/2 cup jalapeño flavoured soy cheese ( or one of your choice )
*** use organic when possible

Method

Heat oven to 350F
Cut leaves & core off of the cauliflower and place the cauliflower in an oven safe dish.
Mix all the ingredients except the cheese in a bowl.
Smear the entire mix all around the cauliflower.
Grate the jalapeño cheese & sprinkle all over the top.


Bake for approx an hour depending on the size the cauliflower is. It will be ready when your knife easily pokes through the cauliflower. 



Let it cool for a few minutes a serve.
