BBQ Pulled Jack Fruit

1 can of jack fruit
BBQ sauce ( store bought or homemade )

BBQ Sauce ingredients

1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp organic coconut palm sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp molasses 
1/4 tsp smoked paprika 
1/2 tsp liquid smoke or another 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 


Open and drain the jack fruit 
Pull apart each piece with two forks. It will resemble pulled pork. Set aside
Make the BBQ sauce ( unless you are using store bought ) by placing all ingredients into a pot and heating it up on medium to low heat. Approx 5 minutes. It will also thicken up
Add the jack fruit to the BBQ sauce pan and heat up and serve

This can be served up as a side, on a pizza, in a sandwich, burger, in a wrap or in a salad and be served warm or cold
