This easy & simple recipe is loaded with vitamins, minerals, protein & even omega 3. Making this a great choice for a hearty healthy breakfast, snack or even a dessert.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cashew milk ( or one of your choice )
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 scoop fermented vegan vanilla protein powder ( or one of your choice )
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice ( or store bought )
1 cup blueberries
Sweetener optional
** use organic when possible
Yields approx 2 cups or four 1/2 cup servings
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
After it's well mixed place into a jar or a sealed container.
Let set for a few hours or overnight.
