Made an apple crumble today and had some crumble left over. Thought I'd find another dish to make with it. Why am I not posting the apple crumble recipe? Because it was not my own recipe . But the crumble was. So here is a what I came up with.
I made a breakfast bowl with the crumble sprinkled on top. It was so delish!

Health Benefits
First let's start with saying one breakfast bowl contains your daily recommended dose of essential omega 3 fatty acids. A nutrient we all seem to fall short of. The hemp & chia seeds are the ingredients in this recipe containing the omega 3.
Omega 3 helps fight wrinkles, boosts brain, decreases inflammation, helps with depression & ADHD plus.
Almonds help with weight loss, heart health , alkalizes the body plus.
