Nuts and seeds are our heart healthy fats AKA the "good fats" including one we often fall short of ---essential fatty acid omega 3 which come from the superstars, flax & hemp seeds.

Oats are great not only for their many vitamins & minerals but also fiber and slow release of their sugars helping to maintain blood sugar levels. A great way to start anyones day.
Enjoy and may you be Nutritionally Well
