Seed Crackers

Ingredients

6 tbsps amaranth flour
6 tbsp quinoa flour
3 tbsp hemp seeds
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
3 tbsp flax meal
6 tbsp sesame seeds ( 3 tbsps each of black & white )
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 cup boiling water
2 tbsp EVOO
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
**use organic when possible**

Method

Heat oven to 300F using a convection oven. May have to increase the heat a bit if using a regular oven. I've only tried this recipe using my convection.
You will need  a baking sheet & parchment paper. Spray parchment paper with oil and set aside.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add both oils to the boiling water then add it to the dry ingredients.
Mix well and use a rubber spatula to get all the mix from the bowl and spread out onto your parchment paper. The mix will be sticky. I found spreading the mix out with the spatula at first then holding the pan and parchment paper to give it a shake till the mix spreader out to its thinnest worked best.
Bake for approx 40 minutes.
Make sure to check on it 3/4 of the way through. If the outside edge peices are done, meaning if they have turned brown, cut them out and take them out so they do not burn but replace the rest back into the oven so they can crisp up.
I few of my middle ones were soft but the taste was the same. So you may find your batch to have some crispy and some pliable.
